Smart & Secure Homes have been a fabulous company to deal with. They installed a comprehensive CCTV system in my property quite a few years ago and they service the system every year to make sure everything is running smoothly. They also upgraded one of my cameras recently to provide me with even better monitoring, crystal sharp video, sound and colour images even in the dark. On the odd occasion when I have had any issues with the system they are quick to resolve the issue remotely so it doesn’t require an engineer to call which is brilliant. If any issues do require an engineer to visit, they usually send one of their engineers who knows the system intimately and they always resolve it expeditiously. A big shout out to their engineer Elliot who services my system and fixes any problems I might have. A really friendly, pleasant professional who takes his job to the next level, gives great advice and always leaves my property as he found it, so clean you wouldn’t even know he had been. A company I thoroughly recommend if you ever need any security products for your home!

Open, honest and all round excellent service. Andy Foster who came to refit a new after storm caused a power surge and broke our original hub, is an absolute credit to the company. He has a great rapport with customers and I felt that he offered a detailed account to explain what needed to happen throughout the process.
