Firtly, I want to express how much trouble I’ve had with my CCTV constantly going offline and my doorbell not working at all. I’ve contacted Smart and Secure multiple times, and while several engineers have attempted to resolve the issues, none were successful.

However, today, Elliot arrived, and from the very start, he was exceptional. He was polite, professional, and immediately got to work on fixing the problems. He came fully prepared with the right tools and parts and showed incredible patience in helping me understand the apps. Not only did he successfully restore my CCTV, but he also found a solution for my doorbell.

If only all tradespeople were like Elliot—he truly embodies outstanding customer service.
