I initially contacted S & S to replace one of my cameras that had failed. The new 8mp camera was such an improvement over my old ones that I decided to replace the whole system with a new upgraded version.

The initial communication with the company was good and subsequent contact with the engineers was equally efficient.

The system was installed by Andy Foster, who was very professional and helpful, and went to great lengths to overcome a problem with one of my camera cables. He went through the operation of the system and the Hik app with me and left the worksite clean and tidy. My thanks also to James and Simon for their efforts and explanations regarding my system.
I paid what I thought was a reasonable price for a modern, very capable and smart CCTV system from a local, reputable company.

Friendly and professional installation of security system and cameras.

From my initial telephone call with Cat who has a lovely telephone manner and is very pleasant an appointment was made with James to attend and quote me to upgrade my existing camera's.
James attended on time and provided me with a quotation and explained the benefits of the upgrade proposed which I accepted after a few day's and then gave me a confirmed installation date.
Simon then messaged me the time of his ETA and arrived as expected.
I have to say Simon did a tremendous installation of the camera's and is a very articulate and a extremely pleasant person, answered any questions that I presented to him and was extremely helpful.
