From my initial telephone call with Cat who has a lovely telephone manner and is very pleasant an appointment was made with James to attend and quote me to upgrade my existing camera's.
James attended on time and provided me with a quotation and explained the benefits of the upgrade proposed which I accepted after a few day's and then gave me a confirmed installation date.
Simon then messaged me the time of his ETA and arrived as expected.
I have to say Simon did a tremendous installation of the camera's and is a very articulate and a extremely pleasant person, answered any questions that I presented to him and was extremely helpful.
A big shout out to Cat, James and Simon and I would have no hesitation recommending and using Safe and Secure homes again as the service delivered was 100%.

Just had 12 cameras and a new Hik Vision system installed by Elliot and Andy in Nottingham yesterday. Install was professionally done, and although they encountered an issue that wasn’t picked up in the initial survey, they problem solved and resolved it onsite with zero hassle to me. I was recommended Smart & Secure by a friend and will happily recommend them to others that need home or business security. Honourable mention to Simon who installed the key pad system on the gate as well! :-)
